Warren RYAN CPA
Warren Ryan, a Certified Practicing Accountant for over thirty years, was appointed to the board 14th August 2006. Warren has held senior financial roles in the building, pharmaceutical and medical device industries over a forty year period. He retired last year from Medtronic Australia, a leading supplier of cardiac devices, such as pacemakers, defibrillators, stents and heart valves. He was Managing Director of Medtronic for over fifteen years and as such has a long association with the cardiothoracic surgery community in Australia and New Zealand. He was a Director of the Medical Industry Association of Australia for more than six years and was made a life member of that organisation in 2005.

Odette has more than 20 years legal expertise and experience and heads up Minter Ellison's Intellectual Property practice. She is an experienced advisor and commercial litigation lawyer in the fields of intellectual property, trade practices, regulatory, and advertising and marketing law.
Odette acts for leading companies in a number of industry sectors that are intellectual property driven, in particular pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and healthcare.
